Hormone replacement therapy in Las Vegas can be cheap for the drug itself: generic estradiol tablets run $19.87 to $24.83 for 90 with a GoodRx coupon, checked Oct 16, 2026 [1]. The larger costs are usually visits, labs and clinic memberships, and those vary widely.

Hormone therapy replaces or supplements estrogen, progesterone or testosterone with prescription medicine, most often for menopause symptoms or for men with confirmed low testosterone.

Menopause and testosterone care in a city of 680,000

Las Vegas has 679,817 residents, and 16.0% are 65 or older [2]. That age mix matters because FDA's 2025 labeling update recommends starting systemic menopausal hormone therapy within 10 years of menopause onset or before age 60, with timing and duration left to you and your prescriber [5]. Natural menopause comes at an average age of 52 [6]. If you are searching for a menopause doctor, our specialist guide explains what training to ask about.

Visit fees from online services

If you use telehealth from Las Vegas, the visit fee often outweighs the drug. Midi Health charges $250 for a first 30-minute self-pay visit and $150 for a 15-minute return visit, and has no membership fee [9]. Evernow memberships start at $35 a month [10]. For testosterone, TRT Nation lists $99 a month with labs extra or brought from outside [11]. Reviews: Midi, Evernow, TRT Nation.

Before starting testosterone

The American Urological Association supports a diagnosis of testosterone deficiency when total testosterone is below 300 ng/dL on two separate tests, plus symptoms or signs [12]. FDA labels approve testosterone for men with low testosterone caused by specific medical conditions; safety and benefit for age-related low testosterone have not been established [13]. In 2025 FDA removed the boxed cardiovascular warning and added a blood pressure warning across testosterone products [14]. A clinic offering TRT the same day without two lab results is skipping steps. See how to choose a TRT clinic.

Pellets and bioidentical claims

Many clinics market compounded "bioidentical" hormones and pellets. A National Academies review commissioned by FDA found insufficient evidence for the clinical usefulness of compounded bioidentical hormone therapy [15] [16]. Compounded products are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality [17]. Read bioidentical hormones and pellet costs before paying for a pellet package.

Look up a Nevada license

Physicians are licensed by the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners [3]. Pharmacies, including compounding pharmacies that make custom hormone products, fall under the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy [4]. Compare nearby options in Phoenix, Salt Lake City and Los Angeles.

Hormone safety notes

The boxed warning for endometrial cancer remains on estrogen-alone pills, patches and other systemic forms [5]. Testosterone gel labels carry a boxed warning that children who touched skin where gel was applied have shown virilization [13]. Testosterone can raise blood pressure [14]. Call 911 for chest pain, sudden shortness of breath, or signs of stroke.
