Concierge and longevity medicine on Long Island

On Long Island you can pay as little as $75 a month for adult direct primary care, per a Huntington practice's listing on the DPC Frontier map (an aggregator, not the practice's own site), or $4,000 a year and up for a Sollis Health membership serving New York and the Hamptons, both seen October 17, 2026 [1][2]. Most concierge practices here do not post prices.

Long Island's buyers

Median household income is $146,202 in Nassau and $130,686 in Suffolk, and about 20% of residents in each county are 65 or older [3][4]. Both figures are higher than Seattle's $123,860 median and 13.0% share over 65 [6]. That mix supports both retainer practices for retirees and urgent-access memberships for working families.

The Hamptons

Sollis Health lists New York and the Hamptons among its locations. Its Signature membership includes a welcome consultation, care coordination, on-site X-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI and labs, and priority specialist referrals [2]. That is closer to private urgent care than to traditional concierge primary care, so check whether you still need a separate primary care doctor.

Medicare and HSA rules

Medicare does not cover concierge membership fees. A doctor who accepts assignment cannot charge extra for services Medicare covers, and must give you an Advance Beneficiary Notice for noncovered items in the fee [9]. For HSA holders, federal rules since January 1, 2026 let DPC fees up to $150 a month for one person be paid from the HSA, but not fees for practices that also bill insurance [10]. New York has no state DPC law, per DPC Frontier [5]. See concierge medicine and Medicare.

Longevity testing

Prenuvo lists a New York location; its Whole Body scan costs $2,499 and its New York Executive bundle $4,499 [11][12]. The American College of Radiology does not recommend total-body MRI screening for people without symptoms [13]. A coronary calcium scan usually costs $100 to $150 [14]. Galleri, a blood test for multiple cancers, lists at $949 and has not been cleared or approved by FDA [15]. Compare options in the longevity guide.
