Found (Found Health, Inc.) is a telehealth weight loss program that prescribes compounded GLP-1s, brand-name GLP-1s such as Wegovy and Zepbound, and older weight loss drugs, with insurance accepted for its membership in most states.
Our verdict
CleanA full published price grid, a wide drug menu that includes non-GLP-1 options, and no FDA letter or regulator action found. Billing every 28 days and a narrow refund window are the trade-offs.
- FDA record
- No warning letter found in fda.gov searches or a compilation of 163 letters through Sept 30 2026 [2].
- BBB
- No confirmed BBB record. We could not check Found's BBB profile as of Oct 17 2026, so this rating does not rest on a good BBB record and stays provisional until we do.
- Best for
- People who want a choice of compounded, brand-name and non-GLP-1 medicines, and those with insurance who want a lower membership price.
- Watch out
- We have not yet confirmed this company's BBB record. Plans bill every 28 days (13 charges a year), labs are extra, and the membership is refundable only within 3 days or before your first consult [1].

Found weight loss cost by plan
Found prices every plan per 28-day cycle, with a lower rate for longer commitments and a lower rate again if you have insurance. Insurance plans are not available in California [1].
| Plan | 1-month | 3-month | 6-month | 12-month | Checked | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutide (medication included) | $289 ($199) | $249 ($159) | $219 ($129) | $169 ($99) | Oct 17 2026 | [1] |
| Compounded tirzepatide (medication included) | $359 ($289) | $309 ($239) | $289 ($209) | $239 ($179) | Oct 17 2026 | [1] |
| Generics and brand GLP-1 plan (medication billed separately) | $149 ($89) | $139 ($79) | $129 ($69) | $99 ($49) | Oct 17 2026 | [1] |
What the price leaves out
- Labs are extra [1].
- 28-day billing means 13 charges a year. A $169 cycle is about $2,197 a year, not $2,028.
- On the brand plan, the drug is separate. Found quotes Wegovy and Zepbound from $650 a month and Ozempic and Mounjaro around $1,100 [1]. Buying from the makers can cost less: LillyDirect sells Zepbound from $299 [3] and NovoCare sells the Wegovy pen at $349 for standard doses [4]. Found says prescriptions can go to NovoCare or LillyDirect [1].
- Longer plans lower the per-cycle price but lock you in, and renewals are non-refundable [1].

Which drugs Found prescribes
Found's menu covers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide; brand Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Foundayo, Saxenda and Victoza; and non-GLP-1 options including metformin, Contrave, topiramate and zonisamide. It also runs a microdosing program [1]. Ozempic and Mounjaro are approved for type 2 diabetes, not weight loss [5] [6], so whether you can get them depends on your diagnosis and the prescriber.
Found does not name a pharmacy. Prescriptions go to a pharmacy Found arranges, to your own pharmacy, or to the makers' programs [1]. Found serves most states [7].
Refunds and cancelling
- Membership is refundable within 3 days of purchase or before your first consult. After that it is not [1].
- Medicine and labs cannot be refunded once shipped. Renewals cannot be refunded [1].
- Cancel at least 48 hours before renewal. A chargeback can end your eligibility [1].
Found's FDA and complaint record
FDA: No warning letter to Found in fda.gov searches or a compilation of 163 GLP-1 letters through Sept 30 2026 [2]. Many telehealth GLP-1 sellers did get one; see the FDA warning letter tracker.
BBB and reviews: Found has no confirmed BBB record: we could not check its BBB profile or its Trustpilot page. A D or F rating or a billing complaint pattern would change this rating under our rating rules.
Is Found a good fit?
- Good fit: you have insurance and want a cheaper membership, you want a non-GLP-1 option or a doctor who can switch between drugs, or you are ready to commit to a 6- or 12-month plan.
- Poor fit: you want to try one month without risk, live in California and want the insurance price, or only need a brand-name prescription, which LifeMD and Ro also offer.
Safety
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality [8]. Approved semaglutide (Wegovy) carries a boxed warning for thyroid C-cell tumors in rodents, lists pancreatitis among its warnings, and should be stopped at least 2 months before a planned pregnancy [9]. Severe stomach pain that will not go away needs prompt care. Call 911 for a severe allergic reaction.
