Maximus TRT and enclomiphene
Maximus offers testosterone as a cream, injection and oral form, plus enclomiphene, sermorelin and growth hormone peptides, with at-home labs ranging from a 10-marker testosterone test to panels of up to 146 markers [1]. It did not publish prices for any of these. Enclomiphene is not FDA-approved and is sold as a compounded drug [6]. The June 2026 FDA letter
FDA's letter to Maximus Health, Inc. dba Maximus, dated Jun 8 2026 and posted Jun 16, is filed as "False & Misleading Claims/Misbranded (Telehealth)". It cites compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide marketing on maximustribe.com: "Clinically studied ingredients", "Proven to lose weight effectively" and "FDA approved pharmacies" [2]. FDA says it does not approve or license pharmacies and that sellers should not call compounded drugs clinically proven [7].
We read the Maximus homepage on Oct 17 2026. None of the three phrases appeared. The page labels one product "Compounded Weight Loss" but does not say compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and it names no pharmacy [1]. We did not check product pages or vial images, so the rating stays provisional. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality [8]. Safety
Tirzepatide carries a boxed warning for thyroid C-cell tumors in rats and is not for people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2 [9]. Stomach pain that will not go away can be pancreatitis; stop and call your prescriber. With compounded injections, units depend on the concentration on the pharmacy label, so follow it and ask the pharmacist. The Zepbound label says to stop when pregnancy is recognized [9]. Call 911 in an emergency.
