Where these prices come from
Every tier above is copied from one of our cost pages, with the same source and check date: Zepbound cost, Wegovy cost, Foundayo, semaglutide cost and tirzepatide cost. The GLP-1 cost tracker puts every channel in one table.
List prices come from TrumpRx: $1,087 a month for Zepbound and $1,349 for Wegovy, before any discount [3]. Novo Nordisk cuts the Wegovy list price to $675 on Jan 1, 2027, and says that cut does not change self-pay prices [5].
When your insurance covers the drug
Choose Yes, I pay a copay and enter your copay. If a commercial plan covers the Zepbound single-dose pen, Lilly's savings card can bring the copay to as little as $25, with savings capped at $100 per one-month fill and $1,300 a year; card savings end Dec 31, 2026; the KwikPen card has different terms [2]. Novo Nordisk's Wegovy offer also starts at $25, with savings capped at $100 a month [4]. Foundayo's card starts at $25 for covered commercial plans [7]. Eligible Medicare Part D members can pay $50 for a one-month supply under the GLP-1 Bridge [12]. See GLP-1 coverage and Medicare and the insurer tracker.
What the total leaves out
- Telehealth fees. Many online programs bill a membership or visit fee on top of the drug. Compare them on online GLP-1 programs compared.
- Late refills. Zepbound 7.5 mg to 15 mg costs $499 or $699 instead of $449 when you refill more than 45 days after the last fill [1].
- Intro prices that end. The Wegovy $199 starter offer and the Foundayo 2.5 mg and 5.5 mg prices run through Dec 31, 2026 [4] [6].
- Compounded programs change prices often and many charge less for the first month than later months. Our ranges are standard rates in the programs we track [8] [9] [10].
