The February 2026 FDA letter
FDA's letter to Ivim Services LLC dba Ivim, dated Feb 20 2026, said pictured compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide labels read "Ivim", which implies Ivim is the compounder. FDA cited 21 CFR 201.1(h)(2) [2]. It was part of a group of 30 letters FDA announced on Mar 3 2026 [5]. On Oct 17 2026 we could not check IVIM's vial images, and the site still did not name a compounding pharmacy. If the labels still carry the Ivim name, our rules would move IVIM to avoid. See the FDA letter tracker.
Does IVIM still have tirzepatide?
Yes. Compounded tirzepatide was listed on Oct 17 2026 [1]. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold [6]. Learn the rules in our compounded tirzepatide guide, and compare prices on cheapest tirzepatide online.
Who IVIM fits and who should look elsewhere
IVIM's monthly price is low, but you are locked in. People unsure whether they will tolerate tirzepatide should avoid long prepaid programs. In the SURMOUNT-1 trial, 4.3% to 7.1% of people on tirzepatide stopped because of side effects, compared with 2.6% on placebo [7]. Brand Zepbound from LillyDirect at $299 to $449 a month [8] costs more per month, but you buy one month at a time, so it can cost less if you stop early. If you compare compounded sellers such as Henry Meds, ask about cancellation terms before you prepay.
Safety notes
Units on a syringe depend on the concentration on your pharmacy label; follow your prescriber and that label and ask the pharmacist. FDA reports hospital stays from dosing errors with compounded semaglutide injections [6]. Approved tirzepatide carries a boxed warning for thyroid C-cell tumors in rats and should not be used with a history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2 [9]. The Zepbound label says to stop when pregnancy is recognized [9]. Call 911 in an emergency.
