Its parent's telehealth brand, Eden, got an FDA warning letter on Jun 8, 2026 over how it marketed compounded GLP-1s [4].

What Eden Pharmacy is
- Its home page says "Contigo is now Eden Pharmacy!" and the copyright belongs to Eden Health International Inc. [1].
- Address: 8300 Carmel Ave, Suite 601, Albuquerque, NM 87122 [1].
- It offers sterile and nonsterile compounding, says it fills only patient-specific prescriptions, and does not make office-use drugs [1].
- It says it is licensed and operates in 32 states, with Florida and Massachusetts marked nonsterile only [1].
It lists no license numbers or accreditation on its home page [1].
503A or 503B?
Eden Pharmacy is not on FDA's registered outsourcing facility list, checked Oct 24, 2026 [5]. A pharmacy that fills patient-specific prescriptions and is not on that list works as a state-licensed 503A pharmacy, overseen mainly by its state board [6].
New Mexico license
We did not pull a license record from the New Mexico Board of Pharmacy on Oct 24, 2026. FDA's BeSafeRx page links every state's search [7]. Look up both Eden Pharmacy and Contigo, since the name changed.
FDA record

Which providers we review use it
Eden's site says medicines "are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies" and links to Eden Pharmacy [8]. It does not say Eden Pharmacy fills every order. We rate Eden Avoid after BBB rated it F with a Pattern of Complaints alert on Oct 24, 2026 [11]; read our Eden review and our FDA warning letter tracker.
What to check on an Eden order
A compounded drug from Eden Pharmacy has not been approved by FDA, and FDA does not test it for safety, effectiveness or quality before it ships [6]. For GLP-1s, see compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide.
- Read the label. The pharmacy name and address on the vial or box should match a pharmacy you can look up. FDA lists a pharmacy name on the label that you think might be fraudulent as a red flag [9].
- Check the license with the state board. FDA's BeSafeRx page links every state board of pharmacy license search [7]. Look up the pharmacy in its home state and in the state where you live.
- Check the website with NABP. The National Association of Boards of Pharmacy runs a Safe Site Search on Safe.Pharmacy and says a safe online pharmacy accepts only valid prescriptions, is licensed where it is located and where you live, and has a pharmacist you can reach [10].
- Never buy research-use-only vials. They are not legal for human use and are not pharmacy products.
- Report problems. FDA asks people to report side effects or quality problems with any medicine to MedWatch [9]. For a medical emergency, call 911.
Other pharmacies are on all the pharmacies we checked.
