How we check

AgelessRx review: what it sells, prices and record

Yes, AgelessRx is a real Ann Arbor, Michigan telehealth company, and it lists low dose naltrexone from $25 a month and rapamycin from $65 a month on its treatments page (checked Oct 25 2026) [1].

Bottom line: Rated Clean; good fit for low posted prices on LDN, rapamycin and metformin; from $25/mo.

We rate it Clean: we found no FDA warning letter [2] [3], no BBB Pattern of Complaints alert [5] and no regulator action. BBB grades it A+ with 12 complaints in 3 years [4] [5]. It does not sell testosterone or enclomiphene [1].

AgelessRx is a US telehealth company that prescribes longevity and weight-care drugs, including low dose naltrexone, rapamycin, metformin, NAD+ and GLP-1s, many of them compounded, by subscription.

Our verdict

Clean

No FDA warning letter, no BBB Pattern of Complaints alert and no regulator action found, so AgelessRx is Clean under our rating rules [2] [5]. Prices are posted for every product, but its pharmacy is not named and most products are compounded or off-label.

What checks out

  • Posts a price for 43 of its 45 listed items, from $19 a month [1].
  • LDN from $25 a month and rapamycin from $65 a month [9] [10].
  • No FDA warning letter found [2] [3], and BBB grades it A+ [4].
  • Names its medical director and physicians [14].

What to watch

  • Pharmacy not named; only "US-licensed partner pharmacies" [7].
  • Most products are compounded or prescribed off-label, so FDA has not reviewed them for these uses [9] [22].
  • No returns or refunds on any prescription product [7].
  • BBB customer reviews average 1.67 out of 5, from 12 reviews [6].
FDA record
No warning letter found in an fda.gov search or a compilation of 163 letters through Sept 30 2026 [2] [3]. A 2021 letter to Ageless Global, LLC of Salt Lake City went to a different company [15].
BBB
A+, not accredited, as of Oct 25 2026. BBB does not list factors that lowered the grade. 12 complaints in 3 years and 5 in the last 12 months, all 12 marked answered; customer reviews average 1.67 out of 5 from 12 [4] [5] [6].
Best for
Adults who want a prescriber for off-label longevity drugs such as LDN, rapamycin or metformin at a low posted monthly price, and who accept compounded products.

Costs to check before you pay

  • Plan length. The $139 GLP-1 price applies to a 4-month plan [12]. Microdose semaglutide's $99 a month applies to a 4-month plan billed in full, then $159 a month [26]. Microdose tirzepatide is $109 the first month, then $318 every 2 months ($159 a month) [27]. The LDN page offers monthly, 3-month and 6-month plans but does not show the price of each [9].
  • What the brand fee covers. The Wegovy and Zepbound listings are "access and monitoring" fees, and the drug is filled by NovoCare, Amazon Pharmacy or LillyDirect [1] [7]. Ask whether the drug cost is extra.
  • Refunds. AgelessRx says it does not accept returns or give refunds for any prescription product, and shipment or product problems must be reported within 30 days of fulfillment [7].
  • Cancelling. You can cancel or pause before the next refill; the terms allow cancelling up to 48 hours before the processing date [7] [8].
  • Outside pharmacy prices. Licensed compounding pharmacies listed LDN from $15 for 30 tablets in October 2026, before a prescriber fee [25]. See our low dose naltrexone guide for the full price range.

What it sells and the FDA status of each

Most of what AgelessRx sells is either compounded or an approved drug used off-label for aging. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not check their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold [22]. AgelessRx says the same thing in its own disclaimer [9] [11].

AgelessRx products by FDA status

MetforminGeneric tabletsApproved for type 2 diabetes; use for aging is off-label[1] [17]

Estradiol, progesterone, DHEACompounded women's hormonesNot FDA-approved as compounded[13]
SermorelinCompounded injection or nasal sprayNot approved; not on any 503A category list; legal status for compounding not confirmed[11] [19] [20]
PT-141 (bremelanotide), GHK-Cu creamCompounded injection and topical creamCompounded PT-141 is not FDA-approved; bremelanotide is approved only as Vyleesi, for one use in premenopausal women. Topical GHK-Cu is in Category 1[11] [19] [28]
It also lists acarbose, atorvastatin, telmisartan, tadalafil, low dose oral minoxidil, tretinoin, methylene blue, trazodone and lab tests, from $19 a month [1].

Does AgelessRx sell testosterone or enclomiphene?

No. Testosterone, TRT and enclomiphene do not appear on its 45-item treatments page [1], and its women's hormone program covers estradiol, progesterone and DHEA only [13]. AgelessRx is not a TRT option. For testosterone, compare programs on our online TRT page or read the Hone Health review. If you want a pill that raises your own testosterone, see our enclomiphene guide.

Peptides: what it sells and what it does not

AgelessRx sells four peptide products: sermorelin injection from $99 a month, sermorelin nasal spray from $149, PT-141 injection from $149 and GHK-Cu copper peptide cream from $99 [11]. It lists BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, KPV and a BPC-157 plus TB-500 blend but says "They aren't currently offered due to FDA regulations" [11]. Those peptides cannot be legally compounded today; see our BPC-157 page.

Under our rules, selling a peptide that is not approved and not in FDA's 503A Category 1 is an Avoid trigger. Topical GHK-Cu is in Category 1 [19], and PT-141 (bremelanotide) is the active ingredient of Vyleesi, an FDA-approved drug [28], so neither is a trigger. Compounded PT-141 is still not FDA-approved, and Vyleesi is approved only for premenopausal women with low sexual desire [28]; see our PT-141 page. Sermorelin is the open question. It is on none of FDA's 503A lists [19]. It was the ingredient in Geref, whose approval FDA withdrew in 2009 at the maker's request, and in 2013 FDA said Geref was not withdrawn for safety or effectiveness reasons [20]. We found no FDA statement on whether pharmacies may compound it, so we list its status as not confirmed and do not count it as a trigger. That matches how we rate every other sermorelin seller. More on our sermorelin page.

Pharmacy, clinicians and states

  • Pharmacy. Not named. The FAQ says prescriptions are filled by "US-licensed partner pharmacies, which are PCAB and NABP accredited" [7]. Wegovy goes through NovoCare or Amazon Pharmacy and Zepbound through LillyDirect [7].
  • Clinicians. AgelessRx names Jenell Decker, MD, as medical director, plus two other physicians [14]. Its terms say care comes from "one or more medical groups" without naming them [8].
  • States. "We currently service every US state, but certain treatments may not be available in all states" [7].
  • Disputes. The terms require individual binding arbitration in Ann Arbor, with a 30-day window to opt out by mail [8].

FDA, BBB and complaint record

FDA. We found no warning letter to AgelessRx in an fda.gov search [2] or in a compilation of 163 telehealth and compounding letters through Sept 30 2026 [3]. A Mar 1 2021 warning letter went to Ageless Global, LLC of Salt Lake City over COVID-19 claims for its sprays and supplements; that is a different company with different websites [15]. AgelessRx is not in our FDA warning letter tracker.

BBB. BBB grades AgelessRx, Inc. A+ and lists it as not accredited, in business since Oct 11 2019 [4]. The profile names no factors that lowered the grade [4]. Its complaint page shows 12 complaints in the last 3 years and 5 in the last 12 months, all 12 marked answered, with no Pattern of Complaints alert [5]. Complaints cover service (5), product (4), sales and advertising (2) and delivery (1) [5]. BBB customer reviews average 1.67 out of 5 from 12 reviews [6]. Under our rating rules, a grade alone never sets a verdict, but we always show it.

Trustpilot. AgelessRx holds 4.4 from 2,577 reviews [21]. Recent low ratings describe slow replies, an automated phone line, medicine that arrived warm and a bottle with missing capsules [21].

Regulators and LegitScript. We found no state board, regulator or court action against AgelessRx in searches on Oct 25 2026. We could not read LegitScript's lookup for its website.

Who AgelessRx fits, and who should look elsewhere

  • Fits you if you and a prescriber want to try an off-label longevity drug such as LDN, rapamycin or metformin, and a low posted monthly price matters [1].
  • Fits you if you want compounded microdose semaglutide or microdose tirzepatide and accept that those are not FDA-approved [12] [22].
  • Look elsewhere if you need testosterone or enclomiphene; AgelessRx sells neither [1].
  • Look elsewhere if you want to know the pharmacy before you pay; AgelessRx does not name it [7].
  • Look elsewhere if you want insurance billing; AgelessRx does not accept insurance [7].

Naltrexone and opioids

The naltrexone label says not to take it if you use opioid pain medicine, are dependent on opioids or are in opioid withdrawal [18]. Tell every clinician you take it. In an emergency, call 911.
