What Hundred Health is, and what it is not

Hundred is a lab-based membership. It tests more than 100 biomarkers a year through Quest Diagnostics or BioReference, syncs Apple Health, Oura and Garmin data, imports records from more than 450 health systems, and gives a clinician-reviewed 100-day plan for nutrition, supplements, exercise and lifestyle [1]. Its home page and the marketplace products we saw list no peptides [1] [3]. Its marketplace sells supplements such as creatine and berberine [3].

The pricing section mentions "clinician-guided metabolic, hormone and longevity therapies" and "personalized prescription therapies" without naming any drug [1]. Its terms say care comes from independent medical groups and that third-party pharmacies fill prescriptions, without naming them [2]. Ask what would be prescribed, by whom, and from which pharmacy before you rely on that part. If a peptide comes up, check it on our peptide status tracker.

Who it fits

  • Fits: people who want a yearly lab panel and a written plan for $199 a year [1].
  • Look elsewhere: people who want peptides. Hundred lists none, and many peptides cannot be legally compounded; see our legal peptide price tracker.
