What the testosterone label says

FDA-approved testosterone is indicated for men with low testosterone plus primary or hypogonadotropic hypogonadism; safety and efficacy in age-related low testosterone are not established [5]. FDA's Feb 2025 labeling changes kept that limitation and added TRAVERSE trial results [6].

FDA and BBB status

Marek does not appear in our FDA warning letter tracker. Our full FDA database search on Oct 17 2026 could not be completed because fda.gov limited requests [7], and we could not read BBB. The clean rating is provisional.
