OrderlyMeds (OrderlyMeds LLC of Decatur, Georgia) is an online prescriber of compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide that names the 503A compounding pharmacies that fill its orders.
Our verdict
Use cautionLow, flat prices across doses, no membership fee and named pharmacies. A June 2026 FDA letter and a 3.5 Trustpilot average with delivery and refund complaints keep it at Caution.
- FDA record
- Warning letter dated June 8 2026: OrderlyMeds logo on pictured compounded vial labels and an "FDA-licensed pharmacy" claim [2]. The "FDA-licensed" wording was gone from its home and pricing pages on Oct 17 2026; we could not tell whether vial images still carry the logo.
- BBB
- No confirmed BBB record. We could not check OrderlyMeds's BBB profile as of Oct 17 2026, so this rating does not rest on a good BBB record and stays provisional until we do.
- Best for
- Price-focused buyers who want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at one price for every dose and want to know which pharmacy fills it.
- Watch out
- We have not yet confirmed this company's BBB record. Intro prices roughly double after two months, refund terms were not posted on the pages we read, and Trustpilot reviewers describe late or warm deliveries [3].

OrderlyMeds pricing, intro and after
| Product | Intro (new customers) | 2-month offer | Monthly plan | Checked | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutide | $74/mo ($149 for 2 months) | $112/mo ($224) | $149/mo | Oct 17 2026 | [1] |
| Compounded tirzepatide | $149/mo ($299 for 2 months) | $224/mo ($449) | $299/mo | Oct 17 2026 | [1] |
| Wegovy (brand) | n/a | n/a | $1,839/mo | Oct 17 2026 | [1] |
| Zepbound (brand) | n/a | n/a | $1,498/mo | Oct 17 2026 | [1] |
The intro price is for new customers only. After it, you pay the standard monthly rate, so semaglutide goes from $74 to $149 a month and tirzepatide from $149 to $299 [1]. Budget for the monthly price, not the intro.
Skip the brand listings here. OrderlyMeds shows Zepbound at $1,498 a month, while LillyDirect sells it at $299 to $449 a month depending on dose [5]. It shows Wegovy at $1,839, while NovoCare sells the pen at $349 for standard doses [6]. See Zepbound cost and Wegovy cost.
What you get, and which pharmacy fills it
OrderlyMeds names its compounding pharmacies: SmartPharmaRx, Casa, and PerfectRx (also listed as PerfectionRx), all described as US-based 503A pharmacies [4]. Its prescribers are licensed in all 50 states, it says [4]. Current GLP-1 patients can also add compounded NAD+ and sermorelin [4].
A 503A pharmacy compounds for individual patients. FDA's current policy bars routine copies of approved drugs unless the prescriber documents a significant difference for that patient [7]. Our compounded tirzepatide guide explains what that means.
We did not find refund terms on the home or pricing pages. Ask what happens if a shipment arrives warm or late before you order.
FDA letter and complaints
FDA letter (June 8 2026): FDA reviewed the site in March 2026. It cited the OrderlyMeds logo on pictured compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide labels, which implies OrderlyMeds makes the drug, and a claim that products come from an "FDA-licensed pharmacy" [2]. FDA says it does not approve or license any pharmacy [8]. Other companies cited for the same issues are listed in our FDA warning letter tracker.
Status today: On Oct 17 2026 the "FDA-licensed" claim was not on the home or pricing page, and those pages now say compounded drugs are not FDA-approved [4] [1]. We could not tell from page text whether product images still show the logo on the vial. If they do, the rating moves to Avoid under our rating rules.
BBB: No confirmed record. We could not check OrderlyMeds' BBB profile. A D or F rating or a billing complaint pattern would also move it to Avoid.
Trustpilot: 3.5 from 655 reviews, 408 in the last 12 months, on a profile claimed in November 2024. Complaints describe late or failed deliveries, medicine arriving warm, and refunds refused for orders that could not be used [3].
Who should consider OrderlyMeds
- Consider it if price is your main concern, you want one price at every dose, and you want to know the pharmacy name.
- Look elsewhere if you are often away from home for deliveries, need clear refund terms first, or want an FDA-approved drug. Compare Direct Meds for an all-inclusive price and cheapest tirzepatide online for the wider market.
If your shipment arrives warm
FDA advises not to use injectable GLP-1s that arrive warm, to discard multi-dose vials 28 days after first use, and to use a new sterile needle and syringe for each dose [9]. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality [16]. The tirzepatide label warns of thyroid C-cell tumors in rats and of pancreatitis; severe stomach pain that will not go away needs prompt care [10]. Call 911 for a severe allergic reaction.
