Our verdict

Clean

No FDA letter and no Avoid trigger we could confirm, so Ways2Well is Clean under our rating rules [7]. Reviewers describe repeat billing, refund and renewal problems, and we could not check its BBB record or which peptides it prescribes.

Is Ways2Well legit?

Ways2Well is a real business. It lists a Longevity Lab at 8226 Bee Caves Rd in Austin and a clinic at 5307 N Main St in Houston, plus care plans, peptide therapy, hormone therapy, stem cell services, IV therapy and diagnostics such as DEXA and VO2 max testing [2]. Our rating does not turn on whether it exists. It turns on the complaint record.

On Trustpilot, Ways2Well had a 2.5 TrustScore from 109 reviews when we checked, with 52% one-star and 31% five-star reviews [1]. Recurring themes were being asked to pay again for bloodwork results, refunds refused for unused time or results never received, and renewal prices higher than the first purchase [1]. Under our rating rules, review complaints alone do not set a verdict, but we show them so you can weigh them. Trustpilot reviews are not checked by Trustpilot, so read them as a signal, not proof.

Which peptides does Ways2Well sell?

Its peptide page lists goals, not products: recovery, muscle growth, weight loss, anti-aging, cognition and sexual health [4]. It says peptides are prescription care, compounded in regulated US facilities, and that some peptide therapies are restricted in some states; in California, Ohio and Nevada it offers only weight-loss peptides [4]. A peptide directory lists BPC-157 among its treatments [9], but we could not confirm that from Ways2Well's own site. If a clinician offers you BPC-157, note that it is not legal to compound today [8] [10]. Our peptide status tracker shows which peptides are.

Stem cells and other services

Ways2Well markets stem cell therapy, Dezawa MuseCells, exosomes and plasmapheresis at its Austin and Houston sites for chronic pain, joint injuries and other conditions, without posted prices [6]. Its own disclaimer says some treatments may not be approved by FDA and may be experimental [6]. Ask what product is used and its FDA status before you pay.
