The complaints BBB showed on Oct 24 2026, dated July to October 2026, kept coming back to the same problem. People said they were charged after cancelling or never agreed to a subscription; one wrote, "It was supposed to be a one time thing" (Aug 12 2026). Another said shipments kept coming after cancelling and "they would not refund the money to me" (Aug 17 2026). In one reply FuturHealth acknowledged "any lapse in our cancellation process" (Aug 31 2026) [3]. Most replies offered a refund or cancellation after the BBB complaint [3].

Trustpilot shows 4.6 from 15,774 reviews, with 7% one-star. The recent one-star reviews there also mention unexpected charges and refund trouble after cancelling [8].

The home page lists only intro-month prices [1]. The Foundayo sign-up page is the only one we found with the price after month one [4].

FuturHealth's general terms say "subscription fees do not include medication costs" [9], while the Foundayo page says its $398 includes medication [4]. Ask which applies to your plan before you pay.

The same drugs bought direct

Lilly sells Foundayo through LillyDirect at $149 (0.8 mg and 2.5 mg), $199 (5.5 mg) and $299 (9 mg and up, with a refill within 45 days for the top two doses) [6]. Lilly says the 2.5 mg and 5.5 mg prices are a temporary cut through Dec 31 2026 [6]. So FuturHealth's $398 renewal costs $99 to $249 a month more than the drug alone, for clinician support, in-app check-ins, an Apple Fitness+ membership and a nutrition plan [4]. Refund and cancellation terms

  • Fees are charged automatically "indefinitely" on your plan's schedule until you cancel [5].
  • Cancel by phone at (831) 900-4723 or by chat; the terms say to cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date [5] [9].
  • No refund for plans with processed orders for medications, meals or supplements, or for any month with a visit [5].
  • Discounted products are non-refundable, and visits cancelled within 72 hours are not refunded [5].
  • The Foundayo page offers a membership refund if you do not see progress, only if you complete weekly in-app check-ins; clinician and pharmacy fees are excluded [4].

What you get from FuturHealth

FuturHealth sells brand drugs only and calls them "FDA-approved medication" [1]. That is accurate for Foundayo, Wegovy and Zepbound. Its terms name SteadyMD Physician Group, P.C. and OpenLoop Healthcare Partners P.C. as the independent medical groups, and say drugs are dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies that it does not name [9]. The home page lists named advisers, a dietitian, lab partners Quest and Labcorp, and an app [1]. It does not list the states it serves [1] [9].

Brand GLP-1 safety

Foundayo carries a boxed warning about thyroid C-cell tumors: other GLP-1 drugs caused them in rodents, and the human relevance is not known. Do not use it with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2. Stop it if pancreatitis is suspected, and watch for low blood sugar with insulin or a sulfonylurea [10]. Call 911 for signs of a severe allergic reaction.
