Is TrimRx legit? The BBB file
TrimRx's BBB page shows an F rating, no accreditation and a Pattern of Complaints alert [1]. Of 2,598 complaints in three years, 2,564 came in the last 12 months. BBB lists 783 as unanswered and 238 as unresolved. Recurring themes in the complaints [2]:
- Billed or shipped before a clinician approved the prescription.
- Charged for several months or a year when the customer chose monthly.
- Cancellations not honored, and processing or cancellation fees that were not disclosed.
- Slow or canned support replies, and disputes over Affirm financing.
BBB also asked TrimRx to back up ad claims such as "Results Guaranteed" and "ranked #1". As of Jun 17 2026 it had not answered [1]. Our rating rules treat a BBB F, or a pattern of billing complaints, as avoid.

TrimRx tirzepatide: compounded, not approved
TrimRx sells compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold [5]. TrimRx does not name the pharmacy that makes its drugs, and we could not find what, if anything, its tirzepatide is compounded with. In a Sep 18 2026 warning letter to Empower Pharmacy, a large compounder, FDA called tirzepatide with added niacinamide an "essentially copy" of an approved drug [6]. How to cancel TrimRx
TrimRx's blog says you must cancel before your next bill date and that shipped compounded medication cannot be returned [3]. Cancel in writing, save the confirmation, and check your card statement for the next two cycles. If a charge appears after you cancelled, you can dispute it with your card issuer and file a complaint with BBB.

Compounded GLP-1 safety
FDA reports adverse events from dosing mistakes with compounded semaglutide injections, some needing a hospital stay [5]. Follow your prescriber and the pharmacy label for units, and ask a pharmacist when unsure. Approved tirzepatide carries a boxed warning for thyroid C-cell tumors in rats, and its label says to stop when pregnancy is recognized [7]. Severe ongoing stomach pain can be pancreatitis. Call 911 for trouble breathing or swelling of the face or throat.
