Is there a Zepbound manufacturer coupon in 2026?

Yes. Lilly's Zepbound savings card is the only manufacturer coupon for Zepbound, and its current terms run through Dec 31 2026 [1]. It has two tiers, set by whether your commercial plan covers Zepbound. People with no insurance, or with Medicare, use LillyDirect's self-pay prices or the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge instead [2] [5]. For the full price picture, see Zepbound cost.

How the $25 works, with numbers

The card pays your share down to $25, but never more than $100 for a 1-month fill [1]. If your plan's copay is $100, you pay $25 and the card pays $75. If your copay is $150, the card pays its $100 maximum and you pay $50. Once the card has paid $1,300 in a calendar year, it stops paying until the next year [1]. Deductible plans can hit the cap early, because the first fills of the year may cost the most.

Who qualifies

  • A prescription for the Zepbound single-dose pen or single-patient-use KwikPen, for an FDA-approved use [1].
  • Age 18 or older, living in the US or Puerto Rico [1].
  • Commercial drug insurance. You must not be in any state, federal or government-funded program: Medicaid, Medicare (including Part D, Medicare Advantage and Medigap), DoD, VA, TRICARE/CHAMPUS or state drug assistance [1].
  • Card activation and a signed patient HIPAA authorization [1] [2].
  • Not valid for Massachusetts residents if an AB-rated generic is available, or California residents if an FDA-approved therapeutic equivalent is available [1].

What the card does not cover

  • Vials. "Other methods of administration are not eligible for Program savings" [1]. Zepbound vials are sold self-pay through LillyDirect, at $299 to $449 a month with a refill within 45 days [3].
  • Government plans. If you start Medicare or another government drug coverage, the terms say you must notify the program [2].
  • Stacking. The card cannot be combined with other Zepbound programs, discounts or coupons [2].
  • Reimbursement. You may not claim the card's savings back from insurance, an HSA, an FSA or another reimbursement account [2].
  • Guarantees. "This card is not insurance," and Lilly can change or end it at any time without notice [1] [2].

No insurance or Medicare: what exists instead

No insurance. LillyDirect sells the vial and KwikPen for $299 (2.5 mg), $399 (5 mg) and $449 (7.5 to 15 mg) a month when you refill within 45 days [3]. Lilly's KwikPen self-pay card is for cash patients only; those costs cannot be sent to insurance or counted toward a deductible, and reimbursement claims must be filed by March 31 2027 [2].

Medicare. The savings card excludes Medicare [1]. Part D members who meet the criteria can get the Zepbound KwikPen for up to $50 a month through the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge, July 1 2026 to Dec 31 2027 [2] [5]. See GLP-1s and Medicare. Medicaid rules vary by state; see Medicaid GLP-1 coverage by state.

How to get and use the card

  1. Check that your plan covers Zepbound, and whether it needs prior authorization. Our Zepbound insurance guide covers the big insurers.
  2. Activate the card on Lilly's Zepbound savings page and complete the HIPAA authorization [1] [2].
  3. Give the card details to your pharmacy with your prescription for the single-dose pen or KwikPen [1].
  4. Refill on time. For the not-covered KwikPen tier, the 7.5 mg and higher prices depend on refilling within 45 days [2].

Coupons that are not Lilly's

Sites selling a "Zepbound coupon" for compounded tirzepatide are not offering Zepbound. Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved [6]. The only Zepbound coupon is Lilly's savings card, and only LillyDirect and licensed pharmacies sell brand Zepbound [1] [3].

Programs that prescribe Zepbound

A prescription is required for any of these prices. More options are on Zepbound online and the tirzepatide coupon page.
